Why Your Financial Support Matters

Memorial Ashford Girls Softball Association (MAGSA) is a non-profit youth softball organization operated entirely by volunteers with the purpose of providing young girls in our community a positive athletic environment.  As we do not receive funding or support from the City of Houston, Harris County or any special foundations, we rely on the support of our community businesses and individuals to keep our league running each year.  Your sponsorship or donation to our program will help pay for field maintenance, equipment, umpire fees, utilities and facility improvements. MAGSA is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization making your sponsorship or donation tax deductible as allowable by law. We would greatly appreciate your support.

We cannot provide opportunities for our players without the generous support from sponsors and donors. In fact, your sponsorship / donation will help MAGSA to continue to provide a fun, safe and competitive environment for girls to participate in a sport that leads to lasting friendships and memories. We would hope you would consider pledging your support for our upcoming softball season.

MAGSA relies solely upon registration fees, donations and sponsorships to pay for all expenses such as game equipment, safety gear, uniforms, umpire fees, maintenance and city permits, just to name a few. While we try to keep our registration fees stable, our costs continue to rise. Therefore, we depend upon the support from local businesses and families to keep our league operating.

We offer sponsorship packages at several donation levels intended to make it extremely easy to support our programs. Our sponsorship packages are designed to reciprocate your support with local exposure and direct promotions to generate business and goodwill for your company in our community.
